Collab was born from a personal project that was inspired by my own experiences as a digital design freelancer. The website is designed to facilitate communication between freelancers, enabling them to find advice and guidance to further their careers.

I started with the problem statement, "Individuals without regular employment often feel disconnected from society." As I delved deeper into my research, I narrowed my focus to freelancers and their specific circumstances.

I categorised my research into two distinct freelance personas: Samantha, who is just beginning her career as a freelancer, and Graham, who has been freelancing for a few years. Despite their shared goals, their individual frustrations were distinct.
